Second Iberian Congress on River Restoration
01/02/2015The Second Iberian Congress on River Restoration will be held in Pamplona on 9, 10 and 11 June. The conference aims to serve as a forum in which experts on river restoration and management from the Iberian Peninsula have the opportunity to reflect on the role which river restoration should play in the second cycle of water planning, characterized by the Water Framework Directive for the period 2015-2021. It is organized by the Iberian Centre for River Restoration (CIREF), together with Wetlands International European Association, the Government of Navarre and the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment.
