New Open Access Journal "Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation"

02/12/2014

Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation is a new, fully open access journal from Wiley and the Zoological Society of London. The journal aims to provide a forum for the rapid, peer-reviewed publication of original, multidisciplinary research at the interface between remote sensing science, ecology and conservation. It defines remote sensing in its broadest sense, including data acquisition by hand-held and fixed ground-based sensors, such as camera traps and acoustic recorders, and sensors on airplanes and satellites. All articles in Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation are published under a Creative Commons License and are free to read, download and share.
