CIREF course. Monitoring stations and PIT tag technology in rivers

- That students understand the fundamentals of the technology of PIT tags.
- The student will know the possibilities this technology brings in current studies of river morphology (sediment dynamics) and aquatic ecology (mobility of aquatic organisms)
- The student understands the need to install and calibrate a monitoring station in the natural process.
Teaching methods: The course is delivered. Powerpoint and video explanations, discussion of the construction and design of a monitoring station (workshop antenna) and case studies will be used. The second day is dedicated to a practice in the gardens of the campus on the assembly and calibration of a monitoring station (antenna workshop).
