As part of the International Conferences of Planning organized by FUNDICOT, we communicate the call for its seventh edition (VII CIOT), with the title "Heritage and territorial planning as tools for other development" is expected to be held in Madrid on days 27, 28 and 29 November 2014.

This edition will have as main organizers FUNDICOT CONAMA Foundation, and the Faculty of Geography and History of the Complutense University of Madrid. 

The main topic areas covered are:

A. Experience and good governance in management and land management, as tools for ending the crisis and to face a new development model.

B. The (natural and cultural: rural, urban, landscape, ...) territorial heritage as a basis for a new model of territorial development.

C. Regeneration, territorial and urban rehabilitation and renewal as a basis for developing a new low power consumption, and sustainable mobility accessible, non-discriminatory and socially cohesive.
